Does the Financial Supervisory Commission (FSC) provide foreign financial supervisory agencies with the financial examination reports?

Under the following conditions, the FSC will provide information contained in the financial examination reports:

1.When a foreign financial supervisory agency requires the FSC to provide with information contained in the financial examination report, the FSC would, to the extent permitted by laws or regulations, provide such information based on consolidated supervision between home supervisors and host supervisors and mutual interests on information exchange.

2.When a foreign financial supervisory agency requires a financial institution to provide information contained in the financial examination report, the institution should obtain prior consent from the FSC. Based on cross-border consolidated supervision, the FSC would, to the extent permitted by laws or regulations, agree that the institution could release such information.
