2. Recipient of the fine:The five responsible persons of RPTI International Ltd. (hereinafter "RPTI"), respectively surmaned Lu XX, Wu XX, Wang XX, Chang XX, and Yao XX.
3. Legal basis of the fine: Article 36, paragraph 1 of the Securities and Exchange Act, Article 178, paragraph 1, subparagraph 4, and Article 179, paragraph 1 of the Securities and Exchange Act.
4. Facts of the violation and reasons: RPTI did not publicly announce and file a financial report for the first half of the year 2012 within two months after the end of the first half of the fiscal year, in violation of Article 36, paragraph 1 of the Securities and Exchange Act.
5. Resulting fine: An administrative fine of NT$240,000 was imposed on the responsible persons of RPTI for the violation, pursuant to Article 36, paragraph 1, Article 178, paragraph 1, subparagraph 4, and Article 179, paragraph 1 of the Securities and Exchange Act, and Article 8 of the Company Act.
